El Camino Baseball Legacy Club
February 4, 2010
Dear Eagle Baseball Fans,
Welcome to the 2010 El Camino Eagle Baseball Season. This is looking to be a very solid year both off and on the field.
New Head Coach Hayward Cook is really taking an active roll in raising this program to the level that it should be. We have a great group of young men and a great coaching staff that will really make 2010 a year to remember.
Two years ago, the Legacy Club was able to build a STATE OF THE ART batting cage facility for our players to use. The cage is dedicated to past El Camino baseball player Scott Crouch Jr. who was killed in a car accident with a drunk driver. There are still more improvements to be made to the facility as well as other areas. Funding (as always) will continue to be a focal point of the Legacy Club.
We have established a very aggressive fundraising program for this year that we feel will be successful not only now, but well into the future. Please get involved. It makes the program even more special when we have full participation.
The Legacy Club looks forward to supporting the Baseball program by obtaining outside funds to continue to grow our program as one of the best in the area.
Go Eagles….
