Our Advanced Hitting Class is designed to maximize reps and provide exposure to the following concepts: Overloading/Underloading, attack angle (not launch angle), time to contact, and velocity through core strength.  Curve ball training and situational hitting will also be addressed.  Lead instruction will come from UW-Stout Hitting Coach Zach Bayreuther, who uses the same techniques and principals with the Blue Devils.  Video and blast motion sensors will be used to assist in developing proper swing mechanics.

Program Details

• Class meets twice a week and each class is 90 minutes long.  24 total hours of instruction.

• Class will be capped at 8 players total to give players more individualized instruction.

• Exact same hitting program used by UW-Stout.
