NPA S.T.A.T. Pitching Class

National Pitching Midwest Associate Coach and UW-Stout Pitching Coach Ryan Christenson will lead this 8-week class for pitchers. All athletes will learn skills that will enhance their overall arm health, efficiency, and velocity. Coach Christenson will screen, test, assess and train each athlete for point in time velocity, for functional strength and weaknesses that are impacting elite performance. Training will target each athletes mechanical inefficiencies, provide training protocols to correct weak points as well as improve athleticism.

Each session will include 1 hour of customized National Pitching programming targeting skill work, mechanics drills and arm strengthening exercises.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

National Pitching Proprietary Point In Time (PIT) Capacity Evaluation (S.T.A.T. Testing).

Pre-program testing, post program testing, and a customized in-season arm care plan.

Pre-program and post program 2-D Motion Analysis to provide an accurate kinematic sequence comparison to our MLB Pro Models.

Specific National Pitching block training and dynamic warm-up protocols.

Arm strengthening and range of motion exercises to build stability, speed and efficient mechanics.

Customized throwing and patterning drills to build proper throwing mechanics for a healthier, stronger and more efficient arm path.
